JASON PERINI
Jason Perini is a director, writer and actor.
In 2012 Jason co-wrote and acted in the short film 'A Little Bit Behind'. He was awarded 'Best Actor' at the International 48hour Short Film Awards in the USA. The film screened at the 2012 Cannes Film Festival shorts corner.
In 2016 he wrote and directed his short film 'The New Empress'. The film starred Maggie Gyllenhaal and was produced by Dana Brunetti. The film had its premiere at Paramount Studios (Los Angeles) as part of the Jameson First Shot project.
In 2018, Jason acted in and co-wrote the online Wallabies campaign for ASICS 'The Travelling Salesman', which was co-produced with LADbible. The campaign has had over 3 million views online and was the winner of the Mumbrella Sports Marketing Awards 'Social Campaign of the Year'.
Jason's directorial feature film debut 'Chasing Comets' had its national cinema release in August 2018. The film played in over 90 cinemas across Australia. Jason was nominated for an ADG award for 'Best Director in a Feature Film' (Under $1mil) in 2019. The film is currently streaming on Stan.
In 2019 he shot and directed a series of commercials for global brand Hewlett Packard. The campaign included the original voice of Siri, Susan Bennett.
In 2021 Jason's short film 'Caramel' won the 'Second Batch Film Festival' run by Pedestrian TV, LongBranch and Matthew McConaughey. He also acted and co-directed the 7mate comedy series 'Australia's Sexiest Tradie'.
LUCY GREEN
Lucy Green is a Sydney-based director, writer, actor and producer who graduated from the Stella Adler Art of Acting Studio in Los Angeles. Her first creation Blow Your Own Trumpet ? a political comedy surrounding the election of Donald Trump - was endorsed by Elizabeth Banks and her female-lead comedy platform Whohaha. Lucy?s latest released project, This Town Ain?t Big Enough For The Both of Us, was a Flickerfest 2021 award winner and was included in Flickerfest?s ?Best of? National tour. Lucy has appeared in multiple projects as an actor on screen and stage in both Australia and the US. She has directed and produced multiple short films, web-series and theatre shows both in Los Angeles and Sydney. Lucy is thrilled to be able to her new short film, Disarmed, into the world under her new production company Last One Standing Productions.
