While asleep, a woman is dragged from her town by a huge black mass and taken to the meadow of a group of wild women. In the strangeness of the untamed, she'll find herself awake.

ANDREA MUÑOZ ÁLVAREZ

Visual Artist, Colombia. Her main field of work and exploration resides in experimental animation and hand-drawn animation. She worked as an animator in the short film “La Perra” directed by Carla Melo which had its international premiere at Cannes Film Festival 2023. In 2021 she received funding to direct her first animated short film “Cuerpo de esta sombra” which premiered at Tricky Women Tricky Realities. She is a member of Porosa Animación (artist collective focusing on the investigation, screening and production of experimental animation). She currently works as a Producer Coordinator in Dinamita Animacion.
