Anemone is a modern mermaid. Every night, she sings at a bar, seduces a man and invites him over to her place, where she kills him. Her seven roommates have the same routine, as they all share the same mission: ridding the world of as many cishet men as possible, by killing them, one by one.
The movie follows Anemone throughout an entire evening: she gets ready, goes to a bar, sings in front of a mesmerized audience, hits on a man, Adam, and quickly invites him over to her place. Once arrived, she runs a bath for them both and invites him in, only to drop a hairdryer in the bathtub and electrocute him to death. The night ends with a huge surprise party, organized by her roommates to celebrate Anemone?s hundredth victim.
