ELODIE FERRÉ

After several years assisting a number of directors in writing documentaries (France 5, Arte, Canal +...), Elodie Ferré trained in image at the École des Gobelins. In 2016, she directed Vieille Femme à l'Aiguille, selected for numerous festivals in France and abroad. Winner of a residency at Moulin d'Andé, she directed Comme un Cerf in 2018. This documentary, produced by Gogogo Films, won the Brouillon d'Un Rêve grant. This year she finalized her new documentary 47° Nord developed at the Fémis Documentary Workshop. Elodie pays particular attention to the image of her films, shooting in silver or digital depending on the script. She also works as a cinematographer and is a member of Mire, a collective laboratory for experimental cinema and film practice.
