MIGUEL FROM TOTORALEJOS Miguel is 79 years old and is the last resident of Totoralejos. At the beginning of the nineties, the privatization of Ferrocarriles Argentinos caused the migration of the majority of its inhabitants, because the main activity was the railway, added to the fact that the region never had electricity or water. Don Miguel decided to stay in the town to take care of his mother, his sister and the animals they raised to sell meat and survive. As the years passed he was left alone. Today he lives in a precarious home, accompanied by his dog El Negro and his cats, with the same conditions of need, without water or electricity and with only a solar panel. In this documentary we will try to capture what the life of Miguel Palacios is like and what it feels like to be the last inhabitant.
